Return Policy

LoAlbo Enterprises, Inc. will accept returns on any unused item or system. In most cases, the product will be delivered directly back to the manufacturer for evaluation before a refund is issued. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item or system was incorrectly shipped or is not the item or system ordered.  Returns over 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.  All refunds will be issued after returned items are inspected and must be in new/resellable condition.  All returned items purchased with a credit card will be assessed a 3% credit card processing fee.

Cancel Policy

Online orders that are cancelled will be assessed a 2.9% + $0.30/transaction processing fee on the full amount of the order. Credit card phone orders will be assessed a 3% processing fee only if the payment has been processed before the request to cancel.
