Pioneer’s Hi-Roller HR2000 Armless Covering Systems are capable of covering roll-off boxes up to 28′ long.

The HR2000 HI-Roller is a semi-automatic arm-less tarping system with a hydraulic gantry that elevates from 68″ to 156″ (13′ above the frame!). The HR2000 is powered by a 12 VDC self-contained electric over hydraulic pump or it can be integrated with the truck’s hydraulic system (PTO). Â The HR2000 comes standard with a heavy-duty mesh tarp, 8′ wide X 31′ long. Â This system is recommended for multi-axle hook-lifts and cable hoist roll-off trucks and covers 20, 30 or 40-yard containers

NOTE: The Pioneer HR2000 Armless Tarp System is primed and "paint-ready" and should be painted with a high-quality exterior-grade, metal paint. Components will corrode quickly unless properly painted either before or after installation. This includes the gantry, tarp cradle, valve components, and brackets.
