Aero introduces the ROC-EC850 and ROC-EC875, Auto Tarp Systems for Roll-Off Trucks

proven design of the popular Easy Cover® platform, Aero delivers a competitive, durable solution without reinventing the wheel. These systems are engineered for both single-axle and multi-axle roll-off trucks, offering dependable performance and straightforward operation.
The ROC-EC850 and ROC-EC875 feature an elevating gantry powered by a self-contained electric/hydraulic pump, making installation and operation simple and efficient. Standard features include fixed-pivot spring assemblies—undermount springs on the EC850 and side-mount springs on the EC875—along with heavy-duty aluminum swing arms featuring a 30-degree upper-arm bend. The elevating gantry stands approximately 5 feet high in the lowered position and 8 feet when elevated, while the tarp is protected by a rugged aluminum tarp housing.
Operation is flexible and user-friendly, with control options including a remote control, key fob, or hard-wired push buttons. LED work lights mounted on the gantry enhance visibility during low-light conditions, making the system especially useful during dark winter afternoons.
Designed for 18′ to 25′ roll-off boxes, the ROC-EC850 and ROC-EC875 provide a competitively priced auto tarp solution for both single-axle and multi-axle applications. Comparable systems include Roll-Rite DC200 and DC400, as well as Pioneer HR1500EALW/PP and HR15000EXALW/PP, which are similar in design and functionality and may be considered when evaluating tarp systems for roll-off trucks, hook trucks, or SWAP loaders.
