Roll-Rite DC200 (stationary height tower)
Roll-Rite DC200 is well suited for Single Axle Roll-Off Trucks and Hook Lift Trucks hauling containers of the same length. The External Pivot Mounts utilize Roll-Rites Heat-Treated, Teflon Coated Spiral Torsion Springs. The 98″ TarpMaster, Tarp Spool, and Integrated Tarp Housing easily accommodate up to 24′ of Heavy Duty Mesh Tarp. A Stationary Powder Coated Gantry supports the tarp housing approximately 60″ above the frame of the truck. A standard, single function remote control with 1 Keyfob allows the operator to observe the operation of the system from outside the cab. The wide, Polished Swing Arm Bow Set helps to reduce contact with the container reducing the potential for damaging the arms. Electric-over-Hydraulic Power Pack Units are standard on the DC203 System. The installed system only weighs 500lbs! Optional items include Premium Mesh or Super Tough Mesh Tarp, Pivot Mount Brackets, and Gantry/Tower Mount Brackets.

Roll-Rite DC204 is well suited for Single Axle Pick-Up Trucks, Roll-Off Trucks, and Hook Lift Trucks hauling containers of various lengths. The Low Cab Adjustable Tower design accommodates the lower cab height associated with pick-up style trucks. The External Pivot Mounts utilize Roll-Rites Heat-Treated, Teflon Coated Spiral Torsion Springs. The 98″ TarpMaster, Tarp Spool, and Integrated Tarp Housing easily accommodate up to 24′ of Heavy Duty Mesh Tarp. The Elevating Powder Coated Gantry supports the tarp housing approximately 53″ above the frame in the down position and elevates to approximately 89″ above the frame in the up position. A standard, two functions remote control with 1 Keyfob allows the operator to observe the operation of the system from outside the cab.
