The Pioneer, Coverall HR1500E Tuff-Tarper Series is designed for single axle hook-lifts and cable-hoist roll-off trucks, covering containers from 8′ to 16′ long (HR1500E/EAL) or 16′ to 24′ (HR1500EX/EXAL). Powered by a 12VDC tarp motor that provides steady and quiet operation. The HR1500E Series utilizes a stationary gantry that sits approximately 60″ above the frame of the truck. Heavy-duty steel (HR1500E/EX) or aluminum (HR1500EAL/EXAL) pivot-arms, high torque reverse-wound torsion springs and a 9′ wide expandable heavy duty tarp make the HR1500E Series an excellent choice at a very reasonable price.
HR1500H | HR1500HAL
The Pioneer, Coverall HR1500H Tuff-Tarper is designed for single axle hook-lifts and cable-hoist roll-off trucks, covering containers from 8′ to 16′ long. The HR1500H utilizes the truck’s hydraulic system and is powered by a hydraulic direct drive tarp motor. The roller assembly is mounted on a hydraulic adjustable gantry that rises 8′ above the frame (60″ in the down position). Heavy duty steel (1500H) or aluminum (1500HAL) arms and a 9′ wide expandable heavy duty tarp complete the system.

NOTE: The Pioneer HR1500 series are “paint ready” and should be painted with high-quality exterior-grade, metal paint. Components will corrode quickly unless properly painted either before or after installation. This includes the gantry, tarp cradle, and valve components.
