Pioneer’s Hi-Roller Armless Covering Systems are capable of covering open top containers from 8′ to 28′ long.
HR1000PP and HR1000PTO; The HR1000 HI-Roller is a semi-automatic arm-less tarping system with a hydraulic gantry that elevates from 64″ to 104″. The HR1000 is powered by a 12 VDC self-contained electric over hydraulic pump or it can be integrated with the truck’s hydraulic system (PTO). The HR1000 comes standard with a heavy-duty mesh tarp, 9′ wide X 19′ long expandable tarp. This system is recommended for single axle hook-lifts and cable hoist roll-off trucks and covers containers up to 16′ maximum length.
HR2000PP and HR2000PTO; The HR2000 HI-Roller is a semi-automatic arm-less tarping system with a hydraulic gantry that elevates from 68″ to 156″ (13′ above the frame!). The HR2000 is powered by a 12 VDC self-contained electric over hydraulic pump or it can be integrated with the truck’s hydraulic system (PTO). The HR2000 comes standard with a heavy-duty mesh tarp, 8′ wide X 31′ long. This system is recommended for multi-axle hook-lifts and cable hoist roll-off trucks and covers 20, 30 or 40-yard containers.

NOTE: The Pioneer HR1000 and HR2000 are primed and “paint ready” and should be painted with a high-quality exterior-grade, metal paint. Components will corrode quickly unless properly painted either before or after installation. This includes the gantry, tarp cradle and valve components.
