The Merlot Smart Tarp is now in its third generation and better than ever! The Smart Tarp, cable tarp system operates on Merlot’s patented “panelized”, panel tarp design allowing for quick and easy replacement of damaged or worn “panels”. Replacing individual panels in lieu of an entire tarp saves time and money keeping your truck on the road rather than in the shop. The Smart Tarp extends over the side rail for virtually waterproof containment at the flip of a switch.
