Mountain Tarps Ratchet Side Roll and Lock-N-Roll systems cover end dump trailers up to 42 feet in length and come standard with 22oz Vinyl Tarp. Used primarily for agriculture, construction, and waste hauling, these systems are available in manual or electric operation. Mountain Tarp Side Roll Systems are ideal for accommodating heaped loads. Adjustable steel bows come standard with optional aluminum or fiberglass bows.
When installed properly, Ratchet Side Roll Systems are virtually waterproof and designed to accommodate heaped loads. The entire tarp manually rolls out of the “loading” area and can be installed with an optional master bow and fabric cap to eliminate the need for strapping the tarp at the bulkhead and tailgate.
Lock-n-Roll Side Roll Tarps come with a standard 22 oz. vinyl tarpaulin material to provide a water-tight cover. 18 oz. option available. Lock-N-Rolls come in a variety of sizes, both manual and electric. Stress points are double-reinforced for durability and have the strongest latch plates in the industry. Optional nose and tail bonnets are available.
