Quick Flip III, Single-Axle: The Quick-Flip™ III Single-Axle model features preassembled “outrigger” spring assemblies for easy installation. It boasts a fixed tarp tower or telescoping gantry with bright anodized tarp housing, 12-1/2-foot pivot arms, and spring arm mounts. Add a Mighty Mesh® tarp, the strongest truck tarp material in the industry.
Quick Flip III, Multi-Axle: The Quick-Flip™ III Multi-Axle model is designed for tandem and tri-axle trucks, with an over-wheel mounting frame for driver and passenger side arm spring assemblies. These adjust at installation for varying chassis widths. Aluminum spring box enclosures keep the springs clear of debris. This system includes a telescoping tarp tower with wind deflector housing and 14-1/4-foot bent pivot arms. Add a Mighty Mesh Tarp to complete your system.
Quick Flip III, Trailer System: The Quick-Flip™ III for Roll-Off Trailers are designed for trailers carrying boxes up to 36’ long. Depending on container length, you can add a Mighty Mesh® or PVC mesh tarp. The system features preassembled “outrigger” spring assemblies to make the installation easier. This model includes a telescoping tarp tower with wind deflector housing and robust 20-foot pivot arms.
Quick Flip III, Conversion Kit: The Quick-Flip III Conversion kit, converts your Donovan HY-Tower DL, Double Leg to a Quick Flip III Auto Tarper (NOTE: Cannot be used with HY-Tower SL, Single-Leg). The kit includes; Roller Head Assembly, Aluminum Swing Arms, Spring Box Assemblies, Swing Arm Mounts, Electric Tarp Motor, Wire, and Switch Kit. Add a Mighty Mesh Tarp to complete your conversion kit. NOTE: the Conversion Kit is only available for Multi-Axle Roll-Off Trucks.
