The models 465 (manual) and 565 (electric) are all aluminum systems for dump bodies and trailers up to 25′ long.  Aero utilizes the new Series Spring assemblies on the 465 and 565 systems. The Series Springs offer several benefits, including;  (1) Series Springs have enough torque in the covered position to keep the arms from lifting and bouncing. (2) Series Spring is designed for optimal tension on the tailgate in the high mount position. (3) The spring system can be mounted high or low on the dump body.   (4) Series Springs are active in providing torque for 280° of rotation.
